Unzipped
His teeth unzipped me
chilled lips exposing
skeletal remains of lust.
My skin crawled in retreat
but begged for more
fingers interlacing as gears lock
a deep rumbling within these human machines.
His lips wandered
exposing a confused,
metallic world.
I was bare,
blind,
my thoughts laid out
as a blueprint
the expansive blank of an empty plot.
False starts of sputtering engines
we chase the sound with the slaps
and the cries of the bedsprings.
