BBQ Chicken Wraps
I made a roasted chicken that I wasn’t impressed with. So what to do with all the leftover meat?

I took all the leftover chicken, stripped it off the carcass, and shredded it. I combined that with:
- a bottle of hickory BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 tsp Liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
I let that simmer for a while, and served it with sliced onion and lettuce to wrap it in (you could do it in rolls, but I wanted to go with a slightly healthier option).

It was delicious! Jesse and I got down and made a big, drippy, BBQ-y mess.
