Jesse’s Teriyaki Chicken
1 C orange juice
.5 C rice vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
- Mix together in Ziplock. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Bake at 425 on a rack, uncovered, for about 25 minutes.
