Jesse’s Teriyaki Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 C soy sauce (or for gluten free, just replace with wheat-free Tamari)
1 C orange juice
.5 C rice vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 Tbsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

  • Mix together in Ziplock. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Bake at 425 on a rack, uncovered, for about 25 minutes.
