Edina Sushi in Lynnwood, WA

I can’t believe this place had so few people in it!

For $60 we got (I think) 60 pieces of sushi and sashimi. It was delicious. There were several chalkier fish which I wasn’t as big a fan of (as a matter of personal taste – the quality was excellent), but a lot of it was quite delicious. We had ordered the chef’s choice, I believe, and were totally amused that the two of us gals had ordered it. They came back a second time just to make sure they’d heard right. Oh yes – ‘ye of little faith! Little did you know we can UTTERLY DESTROY sushi and sashimi. Bring it on.

All the fish was served very fresh! I was totally impressed with the quality!

Major bonus points on serving the platter with garnishes of daikon radish and seaweed salad, AND for using real shiso leaves rather than those tacky, plastic grass things. Well presented, great quality, good service, and a killer price!

The chef was so impressed with our total cleaning up of the platter that on the way out, he threw up a “hardcore” sign with his fingers when we said thank you and goodbye. Extra bonus points for being down to earth people.

Yay Edina!

Nuff said.
