Citrus Salad Dressing

Juice of one orange

1 Tbsp lime juice

1 large clove garlic, raw, minced.

1tsp apple cider vinegar

3 Tbsp oil

1 heaping tap Tom Douglas “rub with love” salmon/shrimp rub

  • Whisk all together well.
  • Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Whisk and toss with salad.
