Japanese Ponzu Sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce (or for gluten free, use wheat-free Tamari)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/3 cup dashi (mushroom or other variant of stock)
.
This is a huge recipe though. I honestly don’t know what I would do with this much Ponzu… refrigerate it or half it, I guess…
