Pan Seared Garlic Scallops

Pan Seared Scallops
12 sea scallops
5 cloves garlic, minced
Small handful minced parsley
  • Sear scallops in pan with butter.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Add more butter, cook garlic until fragrant and mellowed a little.
  • Toss in scallops and parsley to coat them.
  • Serve.
