Roasted Fennel

Roasted fennel
2 bulbs fennel
3 tbsp olive oil
drizzle of lemon juice
1/2 tsp sage
  • Cut off stems from fennel.
  • Cut in half lengthwise.
  • Wedge like apple slices and toss everything together.
  • Crack salt and pepper over the top.
  • Roast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and roast for 6 on the other side.
  • Serve.
