Roasted Fennel
- Cut off stems from fennel.
- Cut in half lengthwise.
- Wedge like apple slices and toss everything together.
- Crack salt and pepper over the top.
- Roast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and roast for 6 on the other side.
- Serve.
