Tofu Chocolate Pudding / Mousse Dessert

1 cup chocolate chips melted in a double boiler with 2 T water,
1 package of firm tofu,
1/4 C soy milk,
1 T vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients and puree in food processor until desired consistancy is reached then chill for at least one hour. The chilling is important as the flavor of the tofu is very strong immediately following pureeing. The flavor of the chocolate comes out with chilling.
I’m also curious to try it with drained, soft tofu, rather than firm, to see how it effects the consistency.
