Tsatsiki (Tzatziki)

1 c. lowfat plain yogurt
1/4 c. peeled, grated english cucumber (grate in 1″ lengths at most)
1 tsp mint
1-2 tsp minced garlic
  • Mix together and let flavors mingle for a bit. Serve cold. Can also add a touch of lemon, stirred in a tiny bit at a time (to prevent curdling).
