Shiitake Mushroom Rice

2 C white rice
Appropriate amount of water
2 tsp mushroom boullion
1/2 C dried shiitake mushrooms (entire thin slices or chopped slices)
Pinch of chopped chives or parsley
  • Throw it all in the ricecooker.
  • Hit “Cook”
  • When it’s done cooking, stir and serve!
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of green, whatever it may be.
